About Us
Building the infrastructure first.
Most hospitality companies begin with a property and gradually build the infrastructure to support it. Axuria Group is doing the opposite: building the infrastructure first (procurement, design, development management, logistics, asset management, advisory) and offering those capabilities to owners, developers, and operators today.
Over time, that same infrastructure becomes the foundation for a portfolio of Axuria's own hospitality assets. One accountable team connects designers, owners, contractors, manufacturers, and operators through a disciplined system, from first concept through the years a space has to keep performing after it opens.

Santiago d'Ursel
Founder & President
Santiago's background is close to the machinery behind hospitality projects — sourcing furniture, evaluating which manufacturers could actually produce to spec and on time, and tracking purchase orders through factories on other continents. Axuria Group exists on the belief that the distance between an approved concept and a finished, functioning space is not a formality — it's where most of a project's real risk actually lives, and where it deserves the most serious attention.
