Effective date: October 14, 2026 · Website: axuriagroup.com
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of axuriagroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Axuria Group ("Axuria," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data without our written permission
Submit false, misleading, or infringing information
2. Informational purposes only; no engagement created
Content on the Site, including descriptions of our services, is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or engineering advice, and it is not an offer or a binding commitment. Visiting the Site, submitting an inquiry, or communicating with us does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by Axuria and the client, which controls over these Terms for the services it covers.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Axuria name and marks, layout, and design, are owned by or licensed to Axuria and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Your submissions
If you send us information through the Site (for example via a contact form), you represent that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to respond to you and evaluate a potential engagement. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site before we have an agreement in place covering it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links and references
The Site may link to or mention third-party websites, products, vendors, or partners. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axuria and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axuria and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, and continued use of the Site means you accept them. The "Effective date" above shows the latest revision.
11. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Axuria regarding use of the Site.
